SHOODY PRODUCTS AND BAD CLIENT SERVICE: ACDC DYNAMICS

During March 2022 I bought a 1000W inverter from ACDC Dynamics , Paarden Eiland, Cape Town and only start using it from end April 2022 as loadshedding became more frequent. It functioned perfectly until mid June 2022 when it just stopped working. I took it in to ACDC Dynamics , Paarden Eiland, Cape Town and explained my dilemma, but was informed that there was no guarantee on their products, but just warranty. They took my inverter in and promised that it would be fixed. After hearing nothing from them from for almost three weeks I contacted them and was informed that my inverter was back, but could not be repaired as it burn out. I was sent to their office in Milnerton and there I was told there is nothing that they could do and that I should just cut my loss. I explained to them that the inverter was only used for lighting in my house and that it was almost impossible for it to burn out , but to no avail. ACDC is selling shoddy products to its clients and now I've wasted thousands on a product that is not even worth the packaging it came in.
