Poor service and after sale support
I invested over R500k in purchasing 2 inverters and 2 batteries from ACDC Dynamics in September 2023. Unfortunately, my experience with their service has been quite disappointing. Despite paying in advance, installation was significantly delayed, taking a month and a half with repeated follow-ups. The installation itself stretched over 1.5 weeks instead of the promised 3 days.
After installation, we faced persistent issues such as power tripping on the DB board when switching to inverters. It took weeks and multiple complaints before any investigation occurred. Even after their supposed top expert looked into it, the slave inverters and battery still give errors and are currently non-functional.
Moreover, the staff's lack of communication and failure to report changes to our management has added to the frustration. Leaving inverters on bypass without informing us is particularly problematic as we operate a Wellness Centre requiring continuous power for client treatments. Overall, the poor service and lack of timely resolution have been a significant letdown.
