No Stock as usual

How this company can advertise itself as the biggest supplier of electrical goods is beyond me, in fact they are actually so limited in stock that I wonder if their claim could be contested as false advertising. In 6 years of doing business with them they have yet to complete a single order without problems. Every time we order they are missing at least 15 to 40% of the items listed and to date they have not once been upfront about the lack of stock when we request a quote and availability
They always wait for you to arrive there after paying to collect before they notify you that half the stuff you paid for they do not have, and try get a refund for the missing items LOL you would have better luck getting Zuma to repay the money.
And if your brave enough to ask when the stock, you paid for, is arriving you have and option of A) we dont know or B) next week (which like tomorrow never comes) and DONT expect them to return your calls they will not nor will they ever contact you when there is a problem.

I cant wait for the day a real electronics supplier arrives here so I no longer have to deal with this incompetant rude and substandard company

Hello JPN,

WIth a catalogue that is over 800 pages we offer a huge variety of stock, and while we do our utmost to keep as much stock as possible, instances do arise when we do not have stock of a specific item. We offer customers various options in these cases:

If we have no stock and you urgently require the stock you can request an air freight quote to have the stock rushed in, while this is a bit more pricey, it does mean that you will get your required goods ASAP.

When placing the order you can specify with the sales person that the order is \no part shipment, which means if any items are missing they are not allowed to proceed with the rest of the order.
