LONG OVERDUE ORDERS STILL NOT FULFILLED

I'm a reseller who has an account with ARB Electricals, Bought stock 5 business days ago and on my proforma it stated that stock takes 2-3 workings days to dispatch.

Today is the 6th day and still i need to check up my rep who insists that ACDC is messing up my order due to *********** staff there, still no apology nor communication, I'm the one to be calling and checking for any updates, you guys need to do better, you are messing up our businesses. be reliable and meet your deadlines in time for Gods sake.
