Horrible Customer Service!!!
ACDC Dynamics has a online customer service chat option, no one actually answers their clients!
This is the second time I have attempted to use this option to get information from them, when someone does actually attend to your query they give you a useless answer that does not assist you at all. then you ask another question to actually get to the answer you require and then you sit for over an hour waiting for a reply. Pathetic really.
I tried calling too and the person was busy I left a message.... still waiting for them to call me back
