Dud Pendant lights / mis-representation of product

Dissatisfied and disappointed! As an interior decorator, I purchased lighting pendants some time back (2019) to be installed for a client/future project down the line. When I finally installed the lighting pendants - both were hanging terribly SKEW and quite obviously wrong. Product V29286 smokey grey lighting pendant.

After wasting lots of time and money on getting various electricians in to solve the problem - nothing could be done, I then contacted ACDC Dynamics customer care for assistance (25 Aug '21). After much back and forth and nagging from my side for a solution, I finally received a brush-off response (8 Nov - almost 3 months later) stating that the product design is not faulty and that the design is meant to be off-center. Which is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS as the ACDC catalogue (both online AND print) features the pendant hanging dead straight, as well as the PICTURE ON THE PACKAGING. Even the most un-trained eye would be able to see that the pendant is not hanging correctly. (Pics were supp**** to prove this).

Granted, that I was unable to locate my original invoice as some time had passed by - however, I do however have the original packaging which clearly shows that it is an ACDC branded box.

At the end of the day, I was sold a faulty design product by ACDC and they refuse to help or take responsibility for having sold me a product which has been mis-represented by their advertising/marketing.
