Don't know / don't care
The glass tube in the patio heater I bought from this company broke. On contacting them the weary-sounding woman in sales said they don't know how I can get a spare and don't care. They don't know if it's a standard size and they don't know where I could try and get one. What do they know?! Where's the after-sales service?

01 Sept 2017, 11:38After offering to check your unit into our repairs department to see what the replacement of the broken part would entail, and if we could organise to arrange it free of charge, you have informed us that you have had to put in an insurance claim for the full unit, as the hood was also dented.
We apologise for the sales person who helped you, the correct course of action should have been to refer you directly to our repairs department, who are better equipped to handle these types of requests. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you should require anything further in relation to your gas patio heater.
