Customer unfriendly company.....

I've endured the Customer service at ACDC for some years now. Have now decided to write a review as my numerous complaints have all come to nought. It is always with a sense of dread that I go there. Believe me if there was a alternative competitor who has the range they have I would leave these guys in a heartbeat. The latest issue I have is a solar power bank I purchased which is completely useless. I believe it is false advertising to sell it as a "solar" power bank. Its like selling me a coffee mug as a pool drainage devise, suppose If one is patient enough you would eventually empty the pool???? I wanted to return it for a refund simple enough, but not at ACDC it needs to be checked out by the technical division first. This is just one of their infernal and nauseating "procedures" . So they have been checking it out for over a week now?? I have no delusions that they will contact me re the refund. Despite their promises to do so. I've been down this road with them before and nothing will come of it unless I now follow it up. I do not recall ever having a pleasant customer experience with ACDC. I'm not alone in my opinion, when ever I have the opportunity, my peers without exception raise their eyes to the heavens if we happen to mention ACDC.
