Corporate Bullying

I have a 30 day account with ACDC for which I have a long outstanding amount of R546.81 owing according to their records. I have done a full analysis & recon in June 2015 which was forwarded to accounts & ignored. I have all back-up documentation & calculations to support my recon. Yesterday they put my account on hold unless i pay this amount asap. I asked if they disputed my recon & was informed that they did not even look at it & was not interested in my recon. I must pay despite the fact that i do not owe them this money. This is theft and corporate bullying as without my account my business comes to a standstill. Today they are bullying me for R546.81 & tomorrow it could be R50,000 will i just have to pay them. Is this how they make their profits?

Hello Fatima Ebrahim,

We have received your recon, and we have been through it very carefully, we have been communicating with you about this issue since May 2015. As far as we can see the amount in dispute is due to early payment discount taken on payments that have not been paid in time to take the discount, as well as a credit (invoice C575972) that has been taken twice in your recon, and an invoice (***) that has been paid twice. Once these issues are calculated down to their conclusion, this leaves an amount of R 497.62 outstanding. We apologise if our approach makes you feel bul****, but this issue has been ongoing for some time, and we have been in constant communication with you, as well as sending you all the calculations and proofs from our side various times, without being able to reach a conclusion. If you still do not agree with our calculations we would like to invite you to our premises where we will be happy to go through the account with you in person. Please feel free to contact Carmen or Thabile in order to facilitate this so that we can reach an amicable conclusion as quickly as possible.

Regards
