Bad Service

Very bad service. I bought an inverter at my local acdc, after 4 months and only working when loadshedding, the inverter stopped working, after checking for a blown fuse and replacing it, inverter still not working. I took it back to the store i bought it from where they sent it off to cape town for test and repair under warranty. A month later i received a call that the inverter is not economically repairable, possible cause by current overload. Not valid warranty claim. I went in and spoke to one of the owners of that branch and he is sorry, its my lost thats it. Now ive tried calling to paarden eiland branch where i believe the unit was sent for repair, then you get transfered to all the departments to then hear i speak to the branch manager, who doesnt exist, because you cant get hold of him. Its ridiculous, im a VERY UNHAPPY customer. No wonder about all is bad reviews.
