Bad product , ********* Personnel, ****'s

I bought a drill months ago , newer worked Was mislead by their customer care department , and a guy called Latief at their Cape Town branch don't have a drill and was never refunded Now i have to take legal action to try and get my money back. Bad service since day 1 should have checked them out on Hello Peter before i made business with this people
