Bad product and after sales support.- Blue Nova/ ACDC

do not buy any solar or backup solutions from ACDC especially the Blue NOVA product. Their support services is pathetic after submitting my Blue Nova Lithium battery for repair in less than 1 year when the battery management burnt. It's 4 months later and payment made upfront I have no idea when I will receiving my battery. This is a large investment spend it elsewhere not on Blue Nova
