Bad after sales support

I have submitted a Blue Nova Lithium battery for repairs, it almost 4 months and still waiting with committed date to when i will receive my battery. There has been empty promises and no one cares about customer service or support. Don't buy any large capital items as my decision was based on local company large network of outlets, mistaken I am experiencing bad service support which did not expect when I made a large investment for a off grid solar system.
