Awesome Service Delivery

I Bought my UPS about a while back to combat Mr. load shedding at one of the ACDC branches which is now closed. My unit blew up some components inside and i took it to another branch for assessment. Due to the fact that my unit was out of warrantee and i didn't buy it at that branch, i was told that it would be taken to the head office. I then decided to take it myself to cut down on delivery time etc. When i got to the Head Office, i was meant with such warmth and respect at the repairs reception and my unit was booked in. Within a week or so, i was emailed to come collect my unit which was repaired on goodwill.
