ACDC DYNAMICS Poor service

I left my inverter for repair on15 Feb at the ACDC DYNAMICS Richwood depo.

There is no telephone contact at the repair center. I emailed the on the 22nd. No reply. It would be really nice for some response after now waiting a full week for a repair job. No backup....
