ACDC Dynamice bad Product Back up Service
Please be aware do not buy any testing equipment from ACDC Dynamice or ACDC Express, I have purchase from ACDC on the 15/03/2019 an AC Current and Data logger. From the 15/03/2019 I have been battling to get some one from ACDC to tell me how the tester operated the device, I have contacted the store were I have purchase the device even ACDC Head Office till to date no one can help me. I have return the unit on the 12/04/2019 to the store manager in Rustemburg ACDC Express it now more then a week later and I still did not here any thing from them, in the mean time I have to rent a AC Data logger for some one at R1500 per week I dont think this is right and it wrong to buy a device from them and they can not help you. It is bad service and I will not recommend any one to buy this device or any other device from them before you no how it is working.
