ACDC dont deserve a star

I have made a big mistake dealing with this company you guys are really not a good customer centered company you have taken R 16 000 actually R 70 000 from our company and you are not willing to compromise at any point. I think you don’t deserve one star and this situation I find myself is only proof that ACDC does not care about their customers. You guys don’t have trained staff helping us they have no clue about your inferior products you selling a good example is Bruce Smith he has no idea what he selling no product knowledge if this is the type of people you guys send out to the market I don’t know.

I now have to inconvenience my client let him send the unit he wont have production until you decide to help even after 3 months you have responded by this reply after 3 months put yourself in my shoe and my customers after 3 months Bruce knows very well I told him there is a problem he responded saying he will speak to a expert this is what you do after 3 months no.

This is unacceptable this is the lowest treatment I have ever had from a company I don’t accept what I need a better solution that will help my customer
