ACDC affter sales service stinks
The Sales staff at acdc are very good and go out of thier way to help we have only received good service from them. Unfortunately thier repair department stinks if you have a problem with any products they will duck and dive to avoid refunds or replacment of faulty goods. We have been dealing with them for several years, this year we decided to buy other products from themthat we used to get from different suppliers to try to support them more. Unfortunately it was a bad move on our part, we had a string of faulty products which they are refusing to give us credit for or replace with different products which are still under guarentee and they are giving us ridiculous reasons for the failures We have to face or unhappy customers and are loosing business because of thier bad returns policy.
Sorry for the experience that you have had with us. Would it be possible for you to please give us the part numbers and invoices in question so that we can follow up for you, and see if there is anything that we can do to resolve the problem to your satisfaction?

Repair note number: R73901CT ; Item: MKS-5K 48VDC HYBRID SOLAR INVERTER
There were two main issues here, the input and output Mosfets were badly blown, and this caused the main microprocessor to blow. as well as the unit being received with various components loose inside the case. None of these issues point to component failure, and as such the warranty claim was rejected.

After a full review, in none of these cases have our repairs department acted incorrectly, we are confident with the results of their reports, and warranty claims have been granted where they are applicable.
