What a horrible treatment I’ve had.

I had such a horrible experience with the so called business owner of that franchise. Having booked a Genset for service and being promised that they’ll definitely be able to source the filters within a day. I was told I will only be given a quote once the filters are found. For 3 days I kept being told now we’re winning which never happened. Eventually I asked for old filters to be fitted back and take my Genset home. The so called owner treated me with so much disrespect so much that he didn’t even want me to see the work that was done on the Genset. They overfilled the engine oil on the generator and billed me a hefty price. I don’t know if that’s how they wanted to make money from me. When I asked for drinking water I was shown bathroom water as the only water available. It was just ’pay us and go’. I even found a loose part inside the generator that I don’t know where it comes from or even if it’s for my generator.
