Worst experience ever/ over charge
I do not recommend anyone to go to ACD REPAIR SHOP , especially the receptionist Natasha , extremely rude, expect for the men the mechanics are so helpful and respectful, please talk to them not Natasha with her attitude assuming that I’m rich just because I brought a BMW .

Disappointed
I really had a horrible time with this company. When you are having car problems it’s affect your work and everything. In such times you just need a little bit of kindness. But the consultant on the phone Natasha was so rude with no empathy whatsoever. I really did not like it. But the males are perfect and kind. So if you want to use them speak to the males maybe they will be of better help.
