Disappointed

I really had a horrible time with this company. When you are having car problems it’s affect your work and everything. In such times you just need a little bit of kindness. But the consultant on the phone Natasha was so rude with no empathy whatsoever. I really did not like it. But the males are perfect and kind. So if you want to use them speak to the males maybe they will be of better help.
