ACD - Dishonest

Dishonest. We challenged the amount quoted to repair two of our vehicles. They proceeded to charge a ridiculous amount for diagnostics. They refused to send us a diagnostic report and whilst this issue was in dispute (we work through a third party that handles our fleet maintenance accounts, which is a reputable bank) ACD ceded the “debt” to Salvage Genie, whom are now in possession of our vehicles. They have are claiming an enormous amount of storage fees. We feel our best recourse is to expose them via the media. We will also lay complaints with SAIA, The Motor industry consumer commission.
