Claims department - THABISA MBALISO

I called the claims department at 16:00PM late in the afternoon and i was assisted by a friendly and very much professional lady by the name of THABISA MBALISO. She showed grace, empathy and understood that when we call, we are not in the best frame of mind at the time however her maturity level in the engagement and process turned a negative experience into a much more tasteful. I would like to give her, her flowers for a great customer service.
