Good day Hope you are doing well. Kindly be advised that I am writing this email to report an accident that happened on sunday the 28th of June around 00h35AM. The Uber driver driving the MR45SB-GP vehicle rear ended my vehicle VW Jetta with reg. no. : KG 64 DC-GP at following address 145-206 Lenin Dr, Far East Bank, Sandton, 2014. I was slowing down to go over the speed hump when the uber driver came speeding without slowing down and rear ended me.

I give her 98%. she directed my call to Antonia Babil where I stack, it been 2 weeks now, no report, nothing. i been told, not yet received report from the assessor. my performance at work is very poor because i fail to attend emergency break down report
