Car claims CKP***/1

I am unhappy with the service and outcome of the investigation (claim no.: CKP***/1) as its states that I drove the car with warning signs which never appeared the night before, (25/11/2024) the incident while I was driving and those warning didn’t appear on the cluster. They only appear the following day while i was driving back home when i hit a rock on the engine sump which lead to the engine seizure,l. Now they are claiming that I was negligent and proceeded to drive the car in that state. By profession, I am a mechanic, and I know I would not to do when such warnings appear. They only want to pay for the engine sump as they say.

I am really disappointed in King Price Insurance. To think I put all my trust in the company to ensure my car can be taken care of and they did me dirty even when I provided them with all the documents the requested of me. They are trying their hardest to avoid and find any excuse not to pay for a new engine, they even thought of writing the car off because of the the new engine price. This is low for a company like King Price Insurance

I need help in getting my claim reviewed and for the right thing to be done.
