Access Point Technologies KZN debiting account repeatedly after cancellation of contract

Very disappointing end to service with this company. After having a contract with a debit order for a few months I have the requested months notice to cancel my month to month WiFi contract due to moving premises, only to be debited at the end of the month again, I called and an apology was offered had to go through a tedious process to have the money refunded. I did block the debit order at the bank. To my surprise they change one digit in the debit order request and take the amount again the following month so now I will need to repeat the process to be refunded and wonder how many times this is going to be repeated. I have phoned twice and emailed twice to attempt to cancel this debit order with Access Technologies. I think this shows a huge lack of integrity with a company. Avoid these guys if you don’t want the same hassle. I was going to sign up with them at new spot but definitely won’t now.
