You have 11 hours before all hell breaks loose

My partner has been struggling with this bull**** internet since last month . Ive just had about enough. You guys are ****en useless. 1st issue config ²nd issue config 3rd issue ip config 4th issue new username required 5th issue line is in another users name 6th issue noo feedback 7th issue cancel my ****en internet im done. 8th issue empty promises to fix. 9th issue gets working just to stop working. 10th issue i have to work from home and you have till 7 am 10 nov to sort this **** out. I have already contacted my lawyer and you can expect a letter from her . Im also in the process of taking you to the ICASA and WASPA. Im telling you NOW if you do not fix this **** by the time i must start work you better get your lawyers ready because i will shut you down .
