Worst service provider I have ever dealt with

Stay away! Do not even think about using Accelerit, do yourself a favour and simply stay away! You'll be happier for it.

Internet that drops a dozen times throughout the day. No internet access for days on end without any explanation from Acccelerit.

Without a doubt, Accelerit has the worst customer service of any service provider I have ever dealt with.

Call the number on their website? Forget it! Email *** for urgent queries? You must be joking! Open a ticket in their client area? You'll be met with incompetence!

Management that clearly could not be bothered about their customers. My biggest regret is using you!
