Worst service provider! Do not recommend!

If there was a 0 star rating I would use that! Worst service provider, do not waste your time! Paying R703 per month for a 20mbps and 2mbps line. Unstable lines and connections, keeps disconnecting and after logging numerous calls for months on end, no assistance has been received. Call centre is a waste of time, after being a call for one hour, I was still caller number 2. Call center only works till 5pm, after which emails must be sent. Requested a technician to come out to my place on numerous occasions but this was ignored. One attempt at helping was a suggestion to install software to try find the problem on my laptop but my company does not allow installations, no alternative was offered. Even asked if I need to move to a different package with higher upload speeds but no responses were received. Officially lost a client! Save yourself days of frustration and find another service provider
