Worst service provider.

Honestly this has to be the absolute worst service provider ever. They have no idea about customer service and they cannot resolve faults. The call center keeps you waiting forever, when they finally answer they cant actually help and more often than not they drop the call or promise a call back but never do. The online ticket system is just as bad. They close tickets without resolving the problem then indicate it's because you did not respond in an adequate amount of time. They wont send out a technician, they wont even admit there is a problem and yet eight days down the line still no connectivity and no answers as to why.
