Worst service ever, I'm ending my subscription with them!!!

What the he'll is going on we have been struggling with connectity for over 2weeks,there is no one to answer the phone nor the tickets log on their website.This is the worst sh**eat service ever. Fortunately I'm glad I know their offices. First thing tomorrow I'll be at their offices they take people for a ride.This is ridiculous!!!
