Worst service ever...

I am really frustrated with your service. we have been offline for 3 days and no one is doing anything about it. I have been calling and holding on the line, my call minutes are even finished I call you anymore. you have cost me so much money and yet my issue is not resolved. Your after service is truly the worst I have ever experienced and have considered another provider for my WIFI.

I would advise anyone considering you as a service provider to reconsider others. you are very quick to debt from my account yet not so quick to resolve connections. my kids are on holidays and terribly bored cause they cant watch television. thanks a lot.
