Worst service ever

After numerous calls holding on for almost an hour each time i am still not helped. After the heavy rains in CPT my fibre line leading from the street to my house was left exposed coz the frogfoot tech did not put it deep enough underground and my dogs got hold of it... a week after reporting it a tech came and said its going to cost me over R2000 to have it fixed which i refuse to pay coz if it was installed correctly this would not have happened the fibre line leading up to my house is just laying there never put in the ground.... now Accelerit has alot of excuses and says i should deal with frogfoot.... frogfoot says they cant help me i must go through my service provider in the end after phoning again twice and asking to speak to a supervisor or manager i was told that they not in the office i requested that someone phone me back and i am still waiting.....
