worst service by an ISP

Worst service ever. Without internet for 2 weeks. when technical was phoned they said there is nothing wrong with the link. then a ticket was created with the operator directly and they confirmed there was an issue. the router now is not working, now being told to go to their Sandton office to collect a router as a technician would not be sent out, numerous call has been made after a new router was purchased by myself to obtain details for the setup and there is no answer . Reception was phoned and a call back was requested and nothing. going onto 3 weeks and still no resolution. Monday 29/03/2021 - been on hold for 1hour 5mins and 38 seconds and is no1 in line and still no answer.
