Worst service and false promises

Worst service ever from a service provider. Makes false promises. I have a 50/50mbps package and 80% of the time I'm receiving less than 10 mbps. They promised me that there is no downtime so I will get my 50mbps the whole day every day. I have soooooo many ticket numbers on the same issue but nothing is happening from their side! I have send soooooo many emails with screen shots with proof of how slow the speed is but just a ticket number and that's it!
