Worst service

This service provider always gives me issues. Every month around the 25th the fibre becomes slow, tv buffers. And i have addressed the issue in multiple occasions and nothing ever changes. I have asked them to cancel my subscription since they are not interested in helping me but they always reassure me that it will change. This is the worst fibre anyone can get. At times they don’t even respond to emails.
