Worst performing fibre ISP - Avoid like a plague!!!

Any unsuspecting potential customer reading this must BEWARE, Accelerit never cares about the poor service they provide. As long as they get their money they just don't care. I have opened dozens of tickets regarding their connectivity which is always down. Everyday the internet is down for hours on end with absolutely no communication from them ( imagine working from home, paying for a service and stuck without connectivity for hours on end - EVERYDAY!!). I personally have never dealt with such an uncaring ISP. If you have options totally avoid them. You will save yourself endless headaches. Our complex attempted engaging them as a group to improve their performance, our pleas fell on deaf ears. We are now scrambling looking for alternative fibre services and cancelling one-by-one.
