Worst ISP, Worst service EVER!

Wish I could give these fools a ZERO star rating! The absolute worst IPS in SA, especially for the customer service......or rather, their NO customer service. I've been with them for just over 3 years, and finally (far too late) made the decision to cancel with them due to spotty a connection and shockingly poor customer service. In the evenings my connection speed would often drop from the paid 100mbps to under 10mbps, sometimes reaching a whopping speed of around 2mbps. Logging a ticket on their website seemed futile, as it would only be answered days later with, "your connection is fine now".....yes, thanks for that (sarcastically) *facepalm*. After cancelling online and giving the calendar months notice, and asking them to please confirm the cancellation, I never received any feedback whatsoever. On my account on their website it stated, "pending cancellation". I took the necessary steps with my bank to block the debit order for April, after which my account was updated to "suspended" due to non payment *another facepalm*. I had to get Afrihost's help and Vumatel's help just to get my line released. So last night was the cherry on top when the Technical Supervisor responds to my ticket of a few weeks ago, not bothering to actually read the trail of correspondence, and says to me, "We're sorry to see you go"....and, "please can you let us know know we can keep your business".....and, "please let us know why you're leaving us"......but the best was his threat to continue debiting my account if I don't reply to his email, because my account will still be active on their side. SERIOUSLY!!! Are you kidding me?? This company is a JOKE! Whatever you do, STAY AWAY FORM ACCELERIT!
