Worst ISP (stay away) - no technical or customer service support

This must be the worst ISP available. They do not respond to logged tickets, the technical team do not answer the phone, their escalation procedures are the same, no help. I went for 6 days without internet and no one assisted me. When i do have internet, the connection is always slow and generally less than half the speed I pay for and upload speed less then 10 times what I pay for. Overall, this is a horrible ISP. I have given my cancellation notice and will be moving over to another ISP. Stay away from this bad service provider if you wish to maintain your sanity!!!
