Worst ISP in the WORLD

Worst ISP on the market, actually the worst in the world, no one answers their phones, trust me I have called more than 50 times. sent numerous emails, decide to cancel my contract and already joined another ISP and now struggling for a while to get cancelled, their ticket says cancelation pending for 3 weeks, because their technical adviser must call me, WHY? They are useless and ******. PLEASE I APPLORE YOU< DO NOT FALL INTO THE SAME TRAP AS I DID. Its been an uphill battle from day 1, late delivery of router, over charging, under performing, constant internet dropping and issues, never get gold of them on mail and calls, cant cancel my subscription etc. Totally fed-up with these *****. If anyone wants to do a class action suit against them, I am happy to join, Companies like this should be closed and not function, as they give the rest of SA business a bad reputation. AGAIN, PLEASE DONT JOIN THEM. They are so bad, they cant even try and rectify the reviews on Hello Peter, that says everything.
