Worst ISP in the history of the World

I wish I could give 0 stars. I pay over R1000 a month for 40mbs but to this day I don't even get half that speed. I log tickets every day but all that I get back is excuses about openserve being the problem. The irony is that I tested the router, ONT and fiber with a different ISP and get perfect performance so they are blatantly lying. I will now be taking legal action as I have daily proof of the speed being half yet I pay full price.
