Worst ISP experience

I recently decided to move from Rain 5G to Accelerit Fibre because 5G would be unreliable from time to time. Fibre is supposed to be a better technology than wireless networks and Rain has been pursuing aggressive subscriber growth and I expected their service to worsen over time, however, I was sorely mistaken. For the first month I kept Rain 5G while I was sorting out the Accelerit Fibre setup but noticed the streaming performance of Rain was much better, I upgraded my line from 25Mb/s to 50Mb/s assuming I might be overloading it but the problem persisted. I have been using Accelerit full time this month and I must say, I really miss Rain. I can never finish an episode on Showmax or Netflix without the stream being paused every other minute, I can never have an uninterrupted Microsoft Teams meeting, even when I am home alone, it is very frustrating since they don't even respond to support tickets.
