WORST ISP EVER

This has been the worst experience in my life with any ISP I have work with. I even had better service from Telkom which I did not even had to much problems. I have been trying that accelerit correct the line speed from 5th of July 2021 and the did nothing about is but I must keep pay for the 100/100 line and I only at the best of days only get 100/20. Then when I try to cancel they came up with allot of poor excuses . Logging tickets with them is useless they just ignore you. Please to save you from allot of anger and frustration please reconsider going with accelerit. There are allot of better ISPs.
