Worst isp accelerit

Hi. To those looking to sign up with accelerit i urge you not to do so. I have been with this company for about 3years now for the passed year i have been getting terrible service. I have a 25mb line but only get speeds upto 5mb sometimes its 0.7mb which is horrific. I have raised many tickets for them to assist but nothing, yesterday i spoke to a consultant in accounts who said they can cancel my account but i must speak to technical to release my line when they patch me through the call cuts this happened about 3 times i asked them to call me instead and they said they will call as soon as possible but a day later no call their service sucks completely and they do not help you.
