Worst Internet connection

My internet speed suddenly depreciated, on the 10th whole day been struggling with internet and today still having the same problem... A ticket was done on the website and to my surprising closed that everything is working fine... Another ticket was done again today, no communication has been done. My wife called yesterday and spoke to one of the agents and she was advised that "they" agents are working from home because they do not have electricity and she can not transfer the call to the right department. I have been checking my internet speed and disconnected the router and plugged it back to my surprising am getting the same $... Speed of 0.8mb download and 2mb upload... This is ridiculous can someone assist asap....
