Worst in the industry

I had no issues until the last few weeks, regularly there is no connection, I raise tickets, and you only get a response 3 days later, now again trying to log a ticket but their website is off. I am going to cancel my contract, and I have a feeling that is going to be effort as well. Would not recommend them to anybody.
