Worst fibre ISP

I have had the worst experience with this ISP. I signed up with them on the 30th of April for fibre services at my mom’s house. Only to be the 1st person ever to sign up with them in my area and they could not get my activated. I requested a refund as I had to sign up with another ISP to get internet connection. It’s June 3rd and I have not received my refund. I keep on getting sent from pillar to post, from accounts, to sales, to technical. I just want my refund back because I paid for services I did not receive.
