Worst Customer Service: Cancellations

Worst customer service ever!! I sent my one month calendar notice on the 28th Aug amd was told that the effective date is Sept 2026. Now why would I pay for another month when I gave sufficient notice on cancellation? Worst part when you follow up to ask for clarification NO ONE responds,even after a follow up email. The worst customer service and support you will get. To reduce frustration opt for another SP. We getting ********** while they are quick to invoice. I despise everything about this SP
