Worst Customer Service

Service is non-existent! Terrible. I absolutely regret signing up with Accelerit. Over the last four weeks I have received no feedback on two issues. Firstly our initial invoice was double debited, and secondly we have been supp**** with a 50/5mb service rather than the 50/50mb service we have been paying for. Absolutely shocking. Each time you make contact with them they have no idea who you are or what your issue was even when you have spoken to the same people within the last 30 mins. Promise for feedback also completely disregarded and ignored.
