Worst customer service award

The technical support at this service provider is the poorest iv ever seen. You really get the sense that they are not willing nor able. I have been having wifi outages every evening for months. I open a ticket, they close it. No one attemps to attend to my issue. No one attemps to explain what is going on. Is there another service provider I can switch to?
